Exchange or Refund Policy

Within one month (30 days) of receipt, an item may be returned for exchange or a refund.  Mail the item with the original receipt to the address below.  The item must be in new condition.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  If an item is exchanged for an item of greater value, the difference and applicable sales tax will be charged.

Replacement Policy

A defective item may be returned for a replacement.  This does not include normal wear and tear.  Mail the item with the original receipt to the address below.  A returned piece will be replaced with the same item.  If the same item is no longer available, you may choose another item of equal value.  If you would like an item of greater value, the difference in the retail amount and applicable sales tax will be charged.
